Our client, a highly respected residential property firm, is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Negotiator to join their busy Dublin-based Residential Department. This role supports senior agents in the marketing and sale of high-value, high-profile residential properties. You’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and buyers.
- Viewings & Buyer Interaction : Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring all client and buyer interactions are professional and efficient.
- Marketing Campaigns : Prepare and coordinate campaigns to launch new instructions to market, including digital listings, brochures, and PR.
- Brochure Creation & Copywriting : Write engaging and accurate property descriptions and collaborate with designers and media teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
- Document & Data Room Preparation : Assist in compiling documentation, data rooms, and reports to support the property’s market readiness.
- Database Management : Maintain CRM (Reapit) records with 100% accuracy, ensuring all buyer activity, feedback, and communications are up to date.
- Buyer Engagement : Conduct regular buyer call-outs and keep in active contact with potential purchasers to drive interest and sales.
- New Business Generation : Identify opportunities to generate new listings and business leads, contributing to the team’s revenue targets.
- Pitch Preparation : Support the creation of pitch documents and reports for senior colleagues, attending client meetings as required.
