Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
- Be supported and directed by the Room Leader - Liaise with other members of the team daily - Communicate effectively daily in relation to children's own needs and daily requirements and completing curriculum - Use different methods of communication as needed e.g. written/oral - Give ideas for curriculum - Take time to get to know the routine of the room in which you are placed - In conjunction with the staff team, ensure the safety of the children in the service at all times - Follow the policies & procedures of the service at all times - Respect the Health & Safety Statement of the service - Be confidential with regard to the privacy of family and company information - Maintain the learning environment - Assist at meal times Applicants must supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda Vetting application form.
