Candidate will be splitting time between our Dover and West Orange Sites. Award-winning FQHC, Zufall Health is currently seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health Provider. The BHP will provide brief, targeted assessment and intervention within an interdisciplinary team. Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced work environment and are committed to serving low-income, underserved populations. The BHP approaches their task in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.
