Position Summary:

The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the Business operations team with oversight of all internal business process and procedures. Leading a team of Project Engineers , Project specialist and Project Coordinators to implement and enforce company internal and external invoicing, procurement, contract compliance and customer relations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and positively motivate Business operations team members.

• Ensure adequate personnel, training, and support to properly manage the O&M contracts and understand the deviations from standards of HC USA and explain these to team members within and external to the Business Operations team.

• Conduct regular meetings with outside external contractors, asset managers and project owners to ensure customer needs are met and timelines are adhered too

• Vendor contract management

• Contract Compliance (Scope of Services)

• WO Management

• Non-Covered Service Management

• OpEx Budget Management

• Customer Success management

• Vehicle program management

• Invoice process oversight and creation

• Lead transition from Business Development and commercial teams to Operations and Maintenance – Transitional services

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

5 year of experience in project management in Solar & BESS O&M or Asset Management.

Experience interpreting and leading contract compliance and knowledge sharing with team members from other verticals within HC USA

Experience in managing multiple projects and processes

Excellent writing and communications skills.

General understanding of O&M reports and customer requirements from a business operations perspective

Strong problem-solving analysis and skills.
