We are currently seeking experienced local DFW & "traveling" Superintendents.Commercial construction experience is required and a positive, innovative, teamwork attitude is a must. Only qualified candidates in thecommercial constructionindustry will be considered.

You must possess the following:

• Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.

• Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect and contractor.

• Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods.

• Strong communication skills & leadership ability.

• Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and other construction related software.

• Construction degree a plus.

Requirements:

• Bilingual - Spanish

• 5 years experience in Construction (preferred) with a minimum 5 years overall experience

• Ability to communicate clearly
