Zion Medical is Hiring a Registered Nurse (Home Health care) Near Manassas, VA
Performs nursing duties contributing to the treatment and/or rehabilitation of the patient under the direction of the physician. Coordinates care with all services participating in the patient's plan of care. Performing accurate OASIS collection, ensuring the medication profile remains current, reviews and approves orders, in addition to providing oversight of patient care. Responsible for the overall management and of an assigned case load of patients. Supervises and assists with the evaluation process of the Home Health Aides and LPNs.
Coverage Areas:
Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, Centerville, Annandale, Chantilly, Manassas Woodbridge, Fredericksburg and Prince Williams. Zion Medical is looking for passionate clinicians committed to delivering exceptional care in the home. Qualifications:
• Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of Home Health experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
