KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Product Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work oppurtunity.

Responsibilities


  • Oversee the demand management of all incoming project demand, forecast the staffing and recoverability of the demand to meet both project delivery and internal demand operations

  • Own the vision and Product Roadmap of aligned application / platform products, ensuring alignment with wider business functions

  • Schedule and conduct regular project meetings and product performance reviews to enhance the program and address any escalated issues

  • Lead design and implementation of the Platform/Application Configuration and Development process working with cross-functional teams; communicate clearly, and accept 'Epics' and 'Stories' in the backlog

  • Establish strong collaborative relationships with business leaders, DPMO and Journey Partners by gaining a thorough understanding of their needs and business operations, in order to provide the best possible solutions

  • Collaborate with the Service Portfolio Management function to ensure deliverables align with Services under management

Qualifications


  • Minimum eight years of recent experience providing technical leadership to a team in a complex technology environment with deep knowledge of SaaS Platform configuration, development and improvement methodologies

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; PMP and CSM certifications are preferred

  • Comprehensive knowledge of ITSM and Service Delivery; ability to manage complex processes; must have a value driven mindset and work experience in mature product and service management; understanding of Agile development practice

  • Strong technical leadership skills by understanding what needs to be achieved and ensuring the solution satisfy the requirements; possess a quick learning agility and solid business acumen with the capability to connect cross-functionally; effective at prioritizing, delegating, and working within high performing teams to lead/support teamwork (demand/capacity management)

  • Able to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas and develop effective responses or escalate to higher management, understand trade-offs, and decide at the platform level

  • Exceptional verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills to lead a customer service-oriented and teamwork-driven; must be able to participate in strategic initiatives for the team as well as foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization
