Your Responsibilities

• Be the point of operational ownership for new country launch executionDeliver them on budget and on time.
• Lead key business rhythms to ensure alignment and monitor performance.
• Track and monitor launch project progress collaboratively and transparently.
• Proactively identify emerging launch and ongoing execution challenges and solutions, then execute those new ways of working together.
• Set us up for success in executing future market launches.

Your Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, MBA a plus.
• Demonstrated experience delivering project/program management of complex initiatives or owning new launch initiatives within a business.
• Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a digital startup or marketplace preferred.
• Experience in an operating role is a plus.
• Highly effective at building strong working relationships at all levels and across all functions of an organization.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work autonomously in a shifting and highly ambiguous environment.
• Experienced in giving actionable feedback and coaching, and welcoming of the same.
• Analytical bent, with enthusiasm for understanding and measuring the impact of the initiatives you drive.
• Comfortable working across Europe (Central Time) and US (Pacific Time) timezones

Compensation:

• In the greater Seattle area the hourly rate for this role is $70.09 - $75.71.
• The cash compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process.
