Description
Zepf Center has been serving the Lucas County community for nearly 50 years. We are the leading provider of behavioral health and substance use disorder services in Northwest Ohio. Services include adult and child psychiatric, substance abuse, case management, residential, Crisis Care, and therapy programs, as well as career development and wellness services. Zepf Center also offers primary care medical services to our patients to contribute to their continuum of care. Zepf Center is a trauma-informed agency and environment for both patients and staff.
We are currently seeking Clinical Counseling Interns to provide structured time-limited face-to-face clinical interventions for patients of the agency who are seeking behavioral health treatment or crisis intervention. The Intern will provide these services under the supervision of an assigned clinical supervisor and in accordance with the policies/procedures of the agency as well ethical codes of conduct. Clinical interventions provided may include, individual therapy, group therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, clinical documentation, screenings and assessments, safety planning.
Patient services are provided within Zepf locations or, as appropriate, in the patient's natural environment. HIPAA regulations will be observed at all times to protect the patient's privacy and maintain confidentiality.
