Job Description

Overview :

Supervise National Video staff and negotiate National Video buys

Responsibilities :

Oversee, train and mentor Negotiators and Assistant Negotiators

Oversee mentoring of media trainees within the group

Contribute to all aspects of the Upfront and Scatter process including negotiating deals and preparing client presentations

Evaluate, steward and track added value opportunities, including determining and reporting ROI value

Maintain buys make goods, discrepancies, pre-posts, post analysis

Approve specs, assign due dates, ensure due dates are met

Maintain approved budgets

Project audience estimates and trends

Develop and train team on negotiating tactics and in keeping on top of the latest trends in the industry and status of the marketplace

Participate in client meetings / conference calls, new business presentations, and other professional functions
