Zen Educate is Hiring a High school teacher Near Lakeland, MN

Job Description

We are looking for K12 Teachers, if you’re interested in starting in August, in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Metropolitan Area.

Building substitute teacher roles are perfect for those who want exposure to multiple classrooms at the same school.

As a K12 Teacher you will support children in the classroom and gain exposure to schools and invaluable experience.

In this role, you will be able to grow your experience and relationships with multiple schools and gain exposure to a broad range of teaching styles and behavior management principles.

This role comes with a competitive daily rate between $180 - $210 per day, paid weekly. With this role, there is no requirement to work weekends, and will be on a flexible schedule within a Monday to Friday week, within hours of 7 : 30 - 3 : 00 / 4 : 30 pm.

This position is for the 2024-2025 school year.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the school where needed
  • Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning
  • Assign lessons and follow the classroom teacher’s lesson plans
  • Maintaining a safe learning environment
  • Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the students’ learning experiences and support them as needed

Qualifications :

  • Minnesota Teachers License
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Applicants must have professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's Degree
  • Accredited Teacher Preparation Program
