Overview:

Your Super is currently seeking a Supply Chain Director with responsibilities that include overseeing inventory and supplier operations, product launches, forecasting, production management, warehouse balancing, data analytics, managing MRP from start to finish, procurement and negotiating supplier contracts.

The position requires a self-motivated, organized, energetic, creative, ambitious person who can thrive in a demanding, fast-paced and fun environment. The Supply Chain Director needs to adapt well with others, possess good communication and presentation skills; be able to overcome obstacles, execute on projects thoroughly and be an ambassador of our brand.

Responsibilities:

• MRP start to finish—demand plan to final PO recommendations for finished goods and raw materials
• Take primary responsibility for inventory record accuracy across all warehouses, including tracking lot numbers and expiration dates
• Balance finished good stock on hand at multiple warehouses to support D2C, Amazon and retail sales
• Process and manage all retail orders and coordinate with the retail 3PL to ensure compliance with partner routing guides
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner DCs, including coordination of special D2C shipping programs and new product launches
• Manage production of new batches of product including procurement of raw materials and packaging
• Coordinate production to meet new product launch deadlines
• Negotiate supplier contracts and secure new co-manufacturer relationships
• Improve supply chain efficacies and costing
• Improve product packaging

Qualifications:

• Interest in wellness and natural products is a must
• BA required
• 7-10 years’ supply chain experience
• Experience working in ERP systems (Acumatica experience a plus)
• Must be comfortable analyzing data
• Well-developed influence and negotiation skills; persistent and persuasive
• Detail oriented and organized; excellent time management
• Professional demeanor in working with coworkers, distributors, retail reps and consumers— Sales or Marketing experience a plus
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
