Position Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as the “Sales & Marketing Coordinator”. This role involves a combination of outside sales for our direct mail magazine, Paper Net Magazine. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Outside Sales :
   • Develop and maintain relationships with clients interested in advertising in our direct mail magazine, Paper Net magazine, and create social media platforms that brings awareness to the company.
   • Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
   • Collaborate with the graphics department to create compelling advertising designs tailored to clients' business needs.
   • Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
2. Client Relationship Management :
   • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
   • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services. This would constitute the advertisers that are signed by you, and or assigned to you.
   • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms helpful.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for local client meetings and events.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Preferred
