JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for performing general custodial tasks in an office environment, kitchen areas, and outside areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Operate assigned equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

· Perform general custodial duties, including cleaning and maintaining designated areas.

· Collect trash.

· Moves furniture, equipment, boxes, materials, etc. as needed.

· Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs.

· Removes trash and debris on the grounds.

· Set up chairs, tables, other equipment needed for meetings, events etc.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Experience with general custodial duties in a commercial office setting.

· Ability to work independently and as a flexible team member.

· Must possess a high level of initiative, customer service mindset, and mechanical aptitude.

· Valid driver’s license

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

· Perform all work in accordance with YBP Safety policies.

· The work is performed in our corporate building but may be required to go to other locations as needed.

· Capable of operating various types of equipment including but not limited to computers, copiers, and scanners, sweepers, vacuums, carpet cleaners.

PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES:

· Physical demands include but are not limited to walking, sitting, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Shift Hours: 8 hours / 3:00pm – 12:30am

Classification: Non-Exempt

Supervisory Status: Non-Supervisor

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
