Electronic Assemblers Needed – No Experience Needed – Training Provided
Yoh is hiring Electronic Assemblers. If you are interested in working with electronic circuit boards, wire harnessing & soldering to build communication devices for the military and first responders please apply for further consideration.
These are contract opportunities with Yoh’s client L3Harris Corporation in Henrietta, NY.
What You’ll Be Doing:
We will provide 5 days of Paid Training. Training pay rate is $15.00 then it will go up once you pass the 5 days of training… You will learn how to solder, use hand tools, work with small capacitors and components.

• As an assembler you will follow engineered assembly processes and maintain consistent quality and productivity levels. Perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies and circuit cards
• Perform a wide a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies, or end products. Working under microscope.
• This job requires you to stand the entire shift & work with small parts.

TRAINING CLASS DATES: March 14, 15, 18, 19 & 20th From 7:30am-4pm.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Proof of HS Diploma or GED/HSE - Must have reliable transportation. Bus lines schedules do not accommodate all shifts.
• Must attend all days of training and pass the class to be placed at L3Harris. All offers are contingent to passing all pre-employment screenings and drug test this includes testing negative for marijuana as our client follows the federal guidelines.
• You cannot start the training until you complete the hiring process.

Shifts & Payrate's - Not all shifts may be available must be flexible.

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday from 5am- 3:30pm@ $17.50
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday from 3:30pm – 2am @ $ 19.25
• 3rd Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 6am -6:30pm @ $21.88 (Limited openings currently)
• 4th Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 6pm-6:30am a@ $23.63 (Limited openings currently)
• 2nd & 3rd Shift will require you to train on the 1st shift for 2-3 weeks
• All offers are contingent to passing all pre-employment screenings and drug test this includes testing negative for marijuana as our client follows the federal guidelines.
