Primary Care Nurse Practitioner needed for a full-time contract opportunity with Yoh’s medical center client located in Chinle, AZ.

Our team is excited to announce that we are hiring for several VA locations in Arizona! Within the next couple weeks we are anticipating to gather the specifics for this position but in the meantime, we are looking to gather candidates that would be interested in working with the VA.
This center provides primary care, telehealth, and PTSD care.
Locations hiring:
– Chinle VA Clinic: 5 days per week
– Kayenta VA Clinic: 3 days per week
– Page VA Clinic: 2 days per week
– Polacca/Hopi Clinic: 3 days per week
– Tuba City VA Clinic: 2 days per week
Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Active/unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in state of Arizona
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to adult and geriatric patients in the primary care environment

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to our nation's veterans
• Perform physical exams, diagnose, and treat diseases and other health conditions
• Prescribe medication

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• National certification, DEA, and NPI
• BLS/CPR
• Ability to work Monday-Friday approximately 8:00am to 4:30pm for at least one year
