Yoder Real Estate is Hiring a Part-Time Real Estate Administrative Assistant Near Grand Rapids, MI

Yoder Real Estate is seeking an intelligent and ambitious team member that is excited about ensuring every client's needs are exceeded by creating world-class experiences in everyday interactions. The ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring all clients feel loved and served and enjoys helping the team out with a servant mindset.

Compensation:

$20 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM (M-F)
  • Administrative, Receptionist, Clerical
  • Warmly greet all visitors in person, on the phone, or through other digital communication methods
  • Setting appointments
  • Assisting agents with preparing for appointments
  • Create fanatical client impressions
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Check the mail daily and deliver it to the proper recipients within the company
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Other tasks and duties assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum touch-typing speed: 40 WPM (required)
  • Strong computer skills (required), Mac and PC experience
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets (required); experience with Google Docs/Sheets and Microsoft Office (preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in an administrative capacity
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Proven ability to influence clients to obtain needed information
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks within set deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
