Community Concierge team members serve as the face of the Y and support a best-in-class experience for our customers. You will actively interact and engage with community members, provide solutions and offerings, and support them in discovering opportunities at the YMCA. As the Concierge lead for rentals, you will ensure seamless execution of rentals and events - from intake to follow up. Salary range starts at $16.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within the organization Scope and Responsibility
Lead the rental management process at the Community Hub, ensuring event or rental needs are understood and delivered with excellence
Maintain the rental calendar
Collaborate with various departments to execute rental agreements, billing, and scheduling
Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged
Answer phones and email inquiries
Actively manage customer transactions
Support facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure community spaces are clean at all times
Anticipate individuals needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experience
Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock, as needed
Requirements
At least 18 years of age
Earned high school diploma or GED
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed
Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Bilingual, English/Spanish highly preferred
