Solari is Hiring an IT Specialist Near Denver, CO

The Job/What You’ll DoProvide technical expertise to manage, monitor, and maintain all IT systems with a focus on hardware management and applications support.
Responsibilities
  • Provide initial response to all helpdesk tickets and ensures user experience as it relates to IT issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
  • Documents and assigns daily work items and tasks in helpdesk ticketing system. Escalate issues to Manager and IT Specialists as necessary
  • Prioritize support requests ensuring responsive ticket times, and reports metrics.
  • Communicates effectively with all staff, co-workers, and 3rd-partner agencies to resolve end user support issues.
  • Perform full system imaging, reimaging, and hardware deployment.
  • Manage and track IT assets/inventory in a consistent and accurate manner.
  • Assist in supporting networking equipment such as switches, routers, and cabling.
  • Maintain and update Knowledge Base and out-performing service delivery SLAs.
  • Monitor and support CRN infrastructure connectivity including VPN, Wireless, and Internet access.
  • Maintain applications such as MS Office 365, Electronic Health Record System (EHR), Adobe Acrobat, Interactive Intelligence and Genesys Cloud at a user level.
  • Support all network security, patching, and antivirus systems.
  • Participate in the maintenance of corporate Internet & Intranet applications.
  • Works with IT leadership on updating or creating new company procedures and policy changes.
  • Participates in on-call rotation to support local and remote users for 24/7/365 lines of business
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT helpdesk support or equivalent, Required
  • A , N , Security Certification or equivalent, Preferred
  • Associate's Degree in Information Systems or related field, Preferred

Pay Range
$28.12—$46.87 USD
Working ConditionsWhile performing the job duties in the office or at a home office, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands; they must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Exposure to noise typical with office operations. Ability to hear and speak.
