Child Care Floater Salary : $15.50 - $18.00 per hour

Child Care Floater Hours : Monday - Friday 10am-4pm

Child Care Floater Responsibilities :

• Cultivating and fostering a safe and nurturing environment that will encourage physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of children in the program
• Caring for children ages 6 weeks - Kindergarten
• Leading age appropriate activities
• Utilizing state and YMCA guidelines to ensure the safety and well being of the children
• Building strong relationships with the parents

Child Care Floater Qualifications :

• 2500 hours experience working with children
• High school graduate. College credits in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Can be trained in First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training provided)
