Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team in Kennesaw, GA . The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall quality, functionality, and user experience of our websites and digital applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, content creators, and project managers, to identify issues, recommend solutions, and maintain high standards of excellence in website performance. Your meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive testing methodologies will contribute to delivering a seamless and delightful user experience.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Conduct thorough testing of website functionality, usability, and performance across various browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate website features and functionality.
• Collaborate with web developers and designers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been addressed and new updates do not introduce new problems. Implement testing automation scripts to drive regression testing automation.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to website quality assurance and user experience.

Decision-Making Responsibility:

• Make decision regarding Application Testing Best Practices, Test cases, and Quality Assurance testing

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role, with a focus on website testing and QA methodologies
• Have overall 5 years of experience in IT QA industry.
• 5 years of experience building test strategies, test cases, and execution of Quality Assurance for Web and Mobile Applications
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
• Certification in software quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is desirable but not required.
• A passion for delivering high-quality user experiences and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
