Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 2. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division. What You'll Get To Do:
* Responsible for the receipt, delivery and inspection of incoming material, central stores/warehousing of program and/or company-acquired material and packaging and shipping services. * Provides packaging engineering support, special container design, packaging estimates and format quotes. * Ensures the retention of material and supplies for future use and in support of production and/or engineering. * Responsible for the accountability and accuracy of physical records. * Provides transportation of material and correspondence within the local Northrop Grumman business environment. * Maintains functional records in support of internal and external audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. * Manages, develops or carries out delivery in accordance with local established business policies, procedures and public law. * Ensures accuracy of delivery information. * Ensures: finished goods inventories, non-proprietary government property inventory, transportation, import/export requirements, and customer returns in conjunction with business area personnel. This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. * High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience. * Ability to obtain certification in forklift, electrical pallet jack, and reach-lift. * Experience with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. * Ability to obtain/maintain DOD Secret Clearance and a Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (after starting). These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
* Ability to communicate effectively in a production atmosphere. * 1-3 years' experience working SAP enterprise resource planning or other ERP software. * Experience in inventory control, stock transfer, and movement of items through the supply chain infrastructure. * Knowledge of storing and managing inventory with shelf-life requirements and tight environmental controls. Salary Range: $38,600 - $64,300 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
