JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Manager is responsible for the proper administration, planning, scheduling and budget for assigned projects. Coordinates daily activities, resolves resource conflicts within the company, and resolves customer issues. The Project Manager 1 is an entry level project manager position that largely requires close guidance and on the job training to learn the tools and concepts associated with good project management principles. The scope of responsibility for this entry level Project Manager position is commensurate with that of smaller, less complex projects. With progressive training, development, and experience, the Project Manager 1 can be entrusted with projects of increasing size and complexity.

Must be able to tour all vessels, piers, docks, and work sites to perform the duties of this job. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. (Ability to view computer monitors without eye strain for extended periods of time).
