You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to streamline and improve our revenue operations. With your expertise in HubSpot, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and revenue data. You will also develop and implement sales and revenue analytics, providing key insights to support decision-making and drive revenue growth. Build, manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and revenue data
Create and execute Marketing ABM strategy
Experience building lead scoring models
Develop and implement sales and revenue analytics, providing key insights to support decision-making and drive revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve revenue processes
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies for optimization
Ensure data integrity and data hygiene within the CRM system
Train and support team members on CRM usage and best practices
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and CRM management
Requirements
Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role
Expertise in building, managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM system
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience with sales and revenue analytics
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in the computer software industry is highly preferred
