Food and Beverage is looking for an individual to lead the Data Entry and Auditing team. You will be intrical in the analysis and tracking of trends and reports for the F&B department and provide key data to drive business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the checking in and verification of deliveries
• Process and file all invoices
• Reviews vendor statements and coordinate with accounts payable on the payment of invoices.
• Maintains credit log including coordinating with vendors on aging credits
• Completes on hand inventory audits of items in the warehouse and investigates any variances.
• Monitors and analyzes on hand levels in the park. Makes suggestions on overstock, as necessary.
• Reviews cost of goods reports and analysis usages and recommends areas of opportunity.
• Maintains inventory item database including programming new items (vendor info, units, calories, inventory locations).
• Audits in-park inventories.
• Manages service request process for any equipment issues.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Have reliable means of transportation
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the park and its procedures, specifically the Food and Beverage Division.
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Perform all job-related functions in a cordial, friendly manner, committed to exceeding expectations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a theme park, restaurant, or service-related field preferred but not required
