Cynet Systems is Hiring an Infrastructure Project Manager Near Milwaukee, WI

Job Description:


Responsibilities:
  • Manage, update, and maintain weekly status reports provided with the list of activities and infrastructure based on research required to be completed as per direction with the required level of detail.
  • Collaborate with Asset Management and Field IT to build and verify the asset inventory of servers, PCs, mobile devices, network equipment, printers, phones etc.
  • Identify and manage Day 1 projects to support IAM, Service desk, Hosting, Asset Management, Collaboration, Network, etc.
  • Identify and document requirements for Day 1 remediation work.
  • Collaborate with internal tech teams and 3rd party SI's to develop Statements of Work to include scope, time and cost of effort required.
  • Work with VMO-GO for budgetary spend approvals and PO creation.
  • Understand and support the terms and conditions of the IT TSA and the Post Close Governance as it pertains to infrastructure support and separation management.
  • Manage TSA Exit projects to support exiting the TSA in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and status review meetings to manage program and project schedule and progress.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience with infrastructure technology including project management across various technologies and environments including O365, Identity and access management, Active Directory and trust relationships, SDWAN/WAN/LAN/WLAN, end user compute, data center hosting and migration, VMWare Vmotion / HyperV, Service Desk swivel chair structures, asset management and cyber security.
  • Experience with large infrastructure programs preferably related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures.
  • Experience with SharePoint and Teams required.
  • Experience with Excel data analytics.
  • Thought leader who leverages their depth and breadth of experiences and knowledge to guide team members and effectively collaborates to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Researches and recommends priorities, resolves tower level issues and escalates as needed.
  • Must be able to use problem-solving/critical thinking skills, and independent thinking to overcome challenges.
  • Effective communication with project team members, key stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with ambiguity and aggressive timelines.
  • Coordinate, support, and liaise between Merger & Acquisition (M&A), Service Owner community and 3rd party vendors as needed.
