Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our organization's goals and objectives. You will work closely with various departments within our organization to ensure consistent and timely communication both internally and externally.

Pay Range:

$22.00 - $32.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging content for various communication channels, including websites, social media platforms, and newsletters.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.
  • Write and edit press releases, articles, and other communication materials.
  • Coordinate and manage public relations efforts, including media outreach and event coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide communication support for various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and formats.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
