We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for entering customer information into our database accurately and efficiently, while also providing exceptional customer service and support. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18.50 - $26.00 hourly Job: Full time On site
Key Responsibilities
Enter customer data accurately and efficiently into our database
Process incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues or redirecting them to the appropriate department
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
Organize and update customer information as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong computer and typing skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus
