Responsibilities for the Dispatcher/Install Coordinator:
- Order equipment for installations and register equipment for warranty.
- Handle incoming calls and receive service requests via phone, email, or online.
- Receive and check all deliveries to the warehouse.
- Schedule new equipment installations with customers.
- Process payments for installations.
- Arrange service appointments based on urgency and technician availability.
- Dispatch technicians with necessary information and tools.
- Monitor service calls and update customers on technician arrivals.
- Optimize technician routes for efficiency.
- Keep customers informed and address concerns.
- Assist with special projects and installations.
- Provide administrative support to the HVAC team.
- 2-5 years of Dispatch experience.
- Customer service and dispatch experience in Home Services is highly preferred.
- HVAC Experience/Knowledge preferred.
- Service Titan experience is a plus!
- Microsoft Office experience is highly preferred.
- Tech-savvy; proficient with computer and phone systems.
- Ability to show empathy and communicate effectively.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for problem resolution.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, especially in challenging situations.
- Desire to be part of a growing team.
