Located in beautiful Cincinnati, OH we are seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Commercial Litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, business law, and a passion for providing exceptional legal advice and representation to our diverse clientele. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes cases, collaborate with our team of experienced attorneys, and contribute to our firm’s reputation for excellence. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deal with a variety of cases including intentional torts, negligence, breach of contract, fiduciary issues, construction law, personal injury, premises liability, defamation, and real estate disputes.
Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all stages of commercial litigation proceedings.
• Handle a wide range of commercial disputes including breach of contract, fiduciary issues, negligence, intentional torts, and other business-related issues.
• Manage all aspects of the litigation process including discovery, deposition, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and trial.
• Provide legal advice and representation for clients involved in personal injury cases, including car accidents, premises liability, and defamation.
• Handle real estate disputes and construction law cases.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
• Collaborate with our team of experienced attorneys to provide top-notch legal services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Job Details

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on commercial litigation.
• Proven experience in handling cases involving intentional torts, negligence, breach of contract, fiduciary issues, construction law, personal injury, premises liability, defamation, and real estate.
• Strong trial experience, preferably as a plaintiff attorney.
• Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
