Job Summary: Allen Law Firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Injury Paralegal Assistant Intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the personal injury field by assisting our seasoned paralegal with various tasks and responsibilities. The position includes a 60-day trial period before considering continuation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the personal injury paralegal in collecting and organizing medical records, police reports, and other pertinent documents.

• Help maintain and update case files and databases.

• File documents and manage case-related paperwork.

• Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to gather necessary information.

• Support the paralegal with drafting and proofreading legal documents.

• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the paralegal and legal team.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality to respect clients’ sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Interest in personal injury law.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proficient in general office technology.

• Well-rounded, easily adaptable, and detail-oriented.
