Wood County Hospital is Hiring a Registered Nurse/RN-Obstetrics Per Diem Near Bowling Green, OH
Job Duties:
- Demonstrates the ability to perform immediate assessment on admission of labor and neonate patients and initial assessments of other patients
- Performs initial assessment of patients with consideration of their biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, education and discharge needs
- Demonstrates the ability to circulate and recover patients undergoing C-Sections
- Demonstrates accountability for administering, observing, charting and recording accurately the use of medications/controlled drugs and IV procedures
Shift: Days, Nights
Weekend rotation required.
Minimum Requirements:Minimum Education:
- Graduate from an accredited school or otherwise recognized nursing program.
- Licensed RN in the state of Ohio
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required within 90 days of hire
- 1 year of Acute Care or Labor and Delivery experience required
