Packaging/Warehouse Associate
Overview:
We are a full-service packaging solutions provider, serving clients nationwide. Our specialty is government and Military Specification Packaging shipping solutions. We also work in partnership with our clients on custom commercial packaging. For over 40 years we have prided ourselves on delivering attentive, unique, and impeccable service for each customer.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Packaging, shipping and receiving, organization of orders
Check incoming deliveries for accuracy and unpack/unload various items as needed
Organize various items, products and materials (lifting required, up to 65 lbs.; forklift use if needed)
Follow all safety procedures and proper lifting techniques
Inventory regulation to ensure adequate supply levels
Clean up warehouse areas as assigned
Perform other labor-intensive duties as assigned by supervisor
Drive a Company vehicle, following all safety regulations and abiding by all laws
Physically hand load or load by forklift Company truck and verifies the condition of the truck, the manifest and all paperwork associated with daily deliveries
Follows all delivery operation protocol including confirming order with customer, unloading and verifying correct product for delivery, obtain delivery confirmation signature from client
Works in such a manner as to prevent shortages and damage to any and all product
Complies with established Company policies and procedures
Assumes other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Required Skills:
1 – 2 years warehouse, packaging, and/or delivery experience in a fast-paced environment
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience using Forklift and hydraulic pallet jack
Good English communication skills
Motivated, dependable, enthusiastic, team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done
Good organization skills to perform a variety of tasks
Physical mobility- Able to lift up to 65 lbs.
Valid Driver's License is required - license and background check will be performed
Must work well in a team environment, and be able to follow directions from experienced employees as well as supervisor. Must be attentive to detail and have a strong work ethic.

Nuts & Bolts
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, preferred 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: starting at $18.00/hr with an increase available after a 90-day probationary period
