We are a small, non-profit organization providing primary care to over 3000 patients via a team-based model that includes integrated behavioral health, perinatal and dental services. We are committed to serving the all those in the community with the best possible care whether they have private insurance, public insu...rance or no insurance. We value change and innovation and are technologically savvy. We operate integrated electronic medical records, e-prescriptions, e-laboratory ordering and results. In order to meet our Quality Core Values we utilize meaningful data to develop processes that empower patients.
