Your duties will involve delivering comprehensive healthcare services, conducting patient assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, and recommending suitable treatment plans. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical historyPerform diagnostic tests to diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnessesPrescribe medications and provide patient education on proper medication administration and potential side effectsRespond to pharmacy and refill requests accordinglyCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient careMonitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomesProficient in electronic records and documentationPerforming and giving psychotherapy for treatment of conditions
Qualifications:Master's Degree in NursingValid Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licenseMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse PractitionerStrong clinical knowledge and skills in primary careExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
