As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, you will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assistance throughout the marketing and purchasing process. Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and financial abilities

  • Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property prices
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and best practices

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
