Job Summary:
The Body Shop Customer Service Advisor at Wilson Ford Lincoln in Saginaw, Michigan is seeking a skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team. As a customer service advisor in the Auto industry, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our body shop customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the repairs and services provided by our team. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assess their needs
• Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines
• Create accurate and detailed repair estimates
• Communicate updates and progress of repairs to customers
• Coordinate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and efficient repairs
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Collect payments from customers and process invoices
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Attend training and development programs to stay current on industry trends and techniques
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong technical skills and understanding of auto repair processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Knowledge of computer programs and systems used in the auto industry is preferred
