The Edwards Law Firm, PL has an immediate opening for a Full-Time or Part-Time Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience performing paralegal/legal secretarial duties.

- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat

- Must have reliable vehicle- Must be a Florida Notary or submit Notary application within first 2 weeks of employment

Key Responsibilities

Receive and respond to heavy volume of email correspondence

Receive heavy volume of telephone calls with prospective new clients

Calendaring, Scheduling Depositions, Mediations & Hearings.

Drafting of court pleadings

Electronic court filing

Candidate must have solid organizational skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
