Position: Service Lane Greeter
Reports To: Operations Director
Part-Time and Full-Time Openings
POSITION SUMMARY:
Serves as a front-line representative for the dealership. Greets customers as they enter the service lane, gets basic information about them and the vehicle, does a quick walk-around of the vehicle noting any damage, checks the condition of exterior items, answers basic inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate service advisor.
Realize that during any interaction with customers, the employee should remember the HERO (Helpful, Exceeds expectations, Represents us well, takes Ownership) program. Also, the customer is the highest priority of any employee of Wilson County Motors.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
May be standing for up to 100% of the shift and operating machinery applicable to the job. May require lifting, pushing, or pulling weights of more than 40 lbs. Duties will be performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
