We are currently hiring a Facilities Technician to work out of our Ogden, Kamas or Coalville office. Our Facilities Technicians assist with outside plant facilities by performing maintenance, repair and installation.

Responsibilities:

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair broadband, television, and telephone service equipment located outside the customer premise
• Install temporary and permanent residential and business drops
• Troubleshoot and repair copper and fiber mainline and drops
• Restore services due to unpredictable events
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Locate underground facilities
• Provide backup to install new services purchased by customer and ensure they are fully functioning

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two-three years telecommunications/electronics/RF coaxial systems experience, preferred
• Associate degree in electronics or network management, preferred
• Previous experience troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Pay: $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
