As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion.

Our client is a leading construction company specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Carlsbad, CA.

Description

• Manage all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, implementing proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to uphold the company's reputation for excellence in construction management.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in high-end residential or commercial construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
