We are looking for a motivated and energetic receptionist who works well with people and is detail-oriented. Our staff is fun and dynamic so we are looking for someone that will work hard but also someone who will fit in and enjoy a positive "can do" environment. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. We are looking for someone who wants to stay long-term and be trained. Degree desired but not required. Working interview required. Experience required. We have a full-time position available to start immediately.

Job duties to include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling patients, insurance billing and verification, keeping office staff and therapists up to date on Medicare, Insurance rules, HIPPA and OSHA, assisting other office receptionists in their duties, and other clinic duties to help keep office running smoothly. A basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and computers is required. Office is open Monday through Friday.
