Responsibilities for this position include. Greeting and ID-ing guests. Knowledge on fake IDs. Checking for Dress Code. Checking for weapons. General security of customers and premise. General floor maintenance.
Responsibilites include. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately. Act as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff. Communicating food orders to cook's, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies). cleaning off tables and taking out trash.
