**Senior Manager, Server Silicon-as-a-Service Lead**

The candidate should be prepared to jump in, take the lead and learn quickly. You must have the ability to communicate effectively, plus be highly organized and have interpersonal skills. The candidate will need to effectively understand the Server OEM hardware as a service landscape, and AMDs objectives in this growing market space.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Expand current relationship with, and understanding of, key server OEM partners hardware-as-a-service organizations

* Propose and maintain pricing frameworks for new annual recurring revenue model

* Project manage the enablement of a new annual recurring revenue model with AMD finance, legal, and operations teams.

* Build and drive, in collaboration with other internal stakeholders, AMDs near term and long term as-a-service enablement plans

* Effectively communicate needs, challenges, progress & status of AMDs server as a service effort to AMD senior executives

**Preferred Experience:**

* Knowledge of modern server platforms and as-a-service ecosystem.

* Outstanding written, oral communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple simultaneous projects with an unstructured or ambiguous environment.

* Highly results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work as a team member and individually.

* 8 years of experience in the computing industry, at the OEM, ODM, or technology provider level

* Experience with SaaS or Server OEM private cloud organizations is preferred

* Project Management experience

* Experience in cross-organizational collaboration ranging from Engineering to Sales and from individual contributor to Vice President to enable new processes

**Education:**

* Bachelors degree required
