IT Systems Administrator Position
We're seeking an on-site IT Systems Administrator in our Harlan, IA location to play a crucial role within our company. As part of our IT department, you'll be responsible for managing company technology in both office and field environments. Here's what you'll do:
Review Diagnostics: Assess system functionality and efficiency.
Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain wired and wireless computer networks.
Security Measures: Implement and uphold security protocols.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure company compliance with requirements.
Technical Support: Offer training and support to employees.
Troubleshooting: Solve computer, printer, scanner, and application issues.
Software and Hardware Maintenance: Install and maintain technology resources.
Cybersecurity: Audit system behavior and monitor firewalls.
Phone Systems Configuration: Set up and maintain phone systems.
Email and Office 365: Manage company email and Office 365 applications.
Data Backup: Perform regular computer backups.
