ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Beach Club Storeroom Attendant to join our Purchasing team. The Beach Club Storeroom Attendant will report to the Purchasing Director & Beach Club Chef Manager and will be responsible for handling all incoming deliveries at the Beach Club. This position will assure quality and quantity of purchase orders, assure all goods are stored and organized properly, and deliver goods to the various outlets across the Club to ensure all kitchens are stocked as necessary.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Beach Club Storeroom Attendant must complete all tasks and assignments as assigned by the Purchasing Director and/or Beach Club Chef Manager, including but not limited to:

• Manage receipt of all purchases and deliveries at Beach Club
• Manage reconciliation of all requisitions
• Manage quality and quantity checks of all delivered goods, comparing to purchase orders for accuracy
• Load and organize food and other goods into appropriate spaces, in accordance with all applicable health and safety codes
• Manage storeroom, assuring all goods are monitored for dates
• Conduct deliveries to various kitchens and outlets across Club
• Maintain cleanliness of storage area and equipment
• Complete additional assignments as needed

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior warehouse and/or food storeroom experience preferred
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle, valid Driver's License required
• Must have strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
• Must adhere to all WCC guidelines, policies and procedures
• Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members, management team, Members and guests
• Must have ability to read, write and compute basic math
• Must have ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Must have ability to work on feet for extended periods of time, lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Must be able to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Working primarily in and around the various Beach Club Food & Beverage outlets and within Beach Club Chef office.

PAY RANGE
$17.00 hourly compensation, commensurate with experience
