The OpportunityThe Creative Marketing Summer Intern will provide design support for InCharge Energy’s marketing initiatives ranging from Print to Digital projects focusing on brand consistency and timely execution. The experience will provide the candidate with real world scenarios of how Graphic Design provides value to a business’ marketing communications and augment brand awareness in a fast-paced environment. The position will also offer the candidate experience interpreting creative direction from requestors with varying degrees of creative knowledge and teach them how to anticipate expectations in a concrete deliverable. A successful candidate will provide their creative expertise in-line with existing brand guidelines and extrapolate visual consistency in a variety of projects.

- Design One-Sheets in the form of PDFs for Print and Digital communicating key offerings for Events, submission along with RFPs and augment Sales Enablement resources.
- Design PowerPoint presentations focusing on Communication Design principles and efficacy for making complex information simple to understand for various stakeholders.
- Develop templates the various types of executions for faster turn-around times and efficiency such as Case Study One-Sheets and PowerPoint templates for Sales to use for their various pitches and customer conversations.
- Design pull-up banners, tablecloths and display materials for Events for InCharge Energy to use at trade shows, Ride & Drive events and conventions.
- Create landing page designs for a web designer/developer to code.
- Organize design files for the Marketing team and provide support for updating the Marketing SharePoint for the rest of InCharge Energy employees to reference and use.
- Support in evolving the brand’s visual language and constant improvement to quality of work.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate skills using Adobe Creative Suite, primarily using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to use typography effectively for business communication and the differences for use in Social content.
- Able to follow style guides and brand guidelines.
- Video content production and video editing experience a plus.
- Figma experience is a plus.
