Reports To: Store Manager or Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions include the following, other activities may be assigned:
Assisting customers in selecting merchandise by asking detailed questions and listening carefully to their responses
Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
Resolving or escalating customer issues/complaints
Demonstrates timely follow-up and follow-through on customer request and commitments.
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of our business
Be a team Player and contribute to building a positive environment
Operate point of sale system
Maintain store appearance to provide an enjoyable and safe shopping experience.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, that includes weekends.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
