Wesper is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager - Hospitals and Sleep Clinics Near New York, NY
The Opportunity Wesper is looking for an energetic and results-oriented regional sales manager to drive revenue growth by selling Wesper's products to the hospital, sleep clinic, IDTF, dental, and adjacent markets. This role will report to the Head of Growth and will focus on building, maintaining, and closing a strong pipeline of clients across our target verticals. RESPONSIBILITIES
As an individual contributor, you will develop new sales by establishing relationships with business and clinical leaders at sleep centers in your designated region.
Drive revenue growth by managing and growing existing accounts
Work with Marketing to develop a strategy for exhibiting at conferences and industry events
Work with Marketing to plan and execute outreach campaigns
Lead the weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline review meetings and provide reliable forecasting to guide our strategic planning
Become a subject matter expert on current and emerging client needs, competitive offerings, and our positioning in the Sleep Market
Maintain and oversee the use and quality of client and prospect data in our CRM platform, including detailed meeting summaries and account plans
REQUIREMENTS
At least ten (10) years of healthcare sales experience in a related field such as medical device, remote patient monitoring, or population health management
Track record of exceeding team goals and quotas
Proven leadership abilities and experience in selling value-added program
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Accustomed to working independently with a high degree of accountability
Thrives in an environment of rapid growth, continuous improvement, and adjustments to our strategy
Priority will be given to candidates in NY, NJ, CT, PA, TX or CA
The position will require at least 50% travel
Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
Experience scaling and managing a sales team is a plus
Proven experience meeting and exceeding revenue goals
