Duties: The Community Employment Services (CES) Driver, as supervised by the Employment Coordinator, will provide transportation to people receiving transportation services. Transportation services shall be independent from other services and supports. CES Driver will also provide Job Coach supports as needed.

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with people with disabilities required. Experience working in a job coach capacity is preferred. Must have a valid TN, AR, or Ms drivers' license with an F-endorsement. Must maintain an insurable driving record. Must possess the ability to exercise good judgment in evaluation of situations and making decisions. Must have working knowledge of general computer skills and possess the ability to learn and obtain proficiency in computer programs used and developed by the agency.
